Are Your Airbrush Products Selling? If So, Here Are 3 Ways To Further Skyrocket Sales!

One of the biggest challenges faced by airbrush artists are proof of what you say is true! The potential customer is going to find it hard to believe you. Whether it is, if you can do the work, whether they think you are charging them too much, or it is simply that you are artistic, potential customers are going to find it hard to trust you.

Ask satisfied customers to leave a Testimonial

If you can convince the customer to trust you, then it will be easier for you to make money airbrushing. So how do you get a potential customer to trust you? Well the most powerful way to get them to trust you is by testimonials. There is limit as to what you can say about yourself, without looking too arrogant! But when someone else says it, or if you prove yourself by "demonstration", making money is yours for the taking, and, it will be on your terms. So when customers buy from you, get them to write about the service you have given.

Use Stuff Ins to increase sales

Apart from customers giving you testimonials, you can do other things when customers start buying your products. If you have a booth or stall or any walk in store and put products in the bag for customers, you should include "stuff ins". Stuff ins are advertising flyers/brochures that promote something from your store.

Use information literature about products that require more detailed information before a buying decision is made. Announce special sales or give away coupons. Whatever you do, remember that this is FREE distribution of your advertising. You have plenty of space to say what you want. Use it to educate your customer and get them back to buy more. This type of advertising is practically free. And it is effective, because it goes to your best customers, the ones who are buying from you now.

If you sell online, include your flyers in with orders. For example, lets say you have a small package. You will be able to include all sorts of advertising literature (catalogues, brochures, flyers ect) AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. And because they are going to be your best customers, they are likely to get the best possible response. Try it, and don't be surprised if your sales double.

Keep a mailing list of your customers

The most important part of being in business is to keep a mailing of your customers. A customer mailing list is a list of customers that are at your fingertips that you can sell your product to.

It is always important to keep adding to this. The more customers in your mailing list, the more successful your business is going to be.

Why is it important to have a mailing list?

Well for starters, a good customer mailing list can be used to call on to help you make more money. If you know some important details of customers who have purchased from you in the past, you can give them what they want. You will also get them to buy again, and again and again. For example, knowing when your customer's birthday is, you can then send them a greeting card, wishing them a happy birthday. Included in the card, you can offer them a gift voucher worth $10 to be used on any products or services you have to offer. The customer will be happy because he has received a gift voucher. However, he/she will be even happier that you have remembered his/her birthday. There is nothing more important to a person than that feeling of being special. Doing this you would have achieved two goals. The first goal is to keep your customers happy. The second is to build the trust with your customer so that you can make more money when you require it.

How to start your mailing list

A simple way to start your customer mailing list, is to make sure you collect every customer's contact details who buys from you. For leaving their details, give them a 10% off voucher for their next purchase. Another simple way, which can be used to get your details of customers is to offer a prize. For example, "Enter our draw to win $500 worth of airbrushed products!" Everyone loves to enter into a prize to win something! You will have a list of customers ready to give you money in the future in no time.

Make sure you get major details from customers like name, address, phone number, email, birthday and any other information you think is necessary to get them buying from you in the future.
