Within minutes you can find yourself in the centre of Fremantle city and its famous cappuccino strip or take a short stroll and find yourself at the beautiful swimming beach, South Beach, or at the many local restaurants and cafes, shopping facilities and tourist attractions. Our properties offers stylish Fremantle accommodation with the comforts of home. So stay at ALN or Arden house and enjoy the culture of Western Australia's vibrant second city. We will also consider longer term stays should we have availability.

ALN and Arden House offers private, comfortable, stylish and convenient accommodation for couples families and small groups. With modern facilities they can sleep up to 8 to 9 guests, having been completely renovated, incorporating large extension in the rear of the homes which looks on to an eye catching courtyard and entertaining area, there isn't much more you could want.

Not only are our properties close to Fremantle but they are less than 5 minutes walk to the beautiful local swimming beach - South Beach and Fremantle's Sailing Club.

Fremantle is definitely the place to be, so either relax by:

- enjoying a coffee and cake on the famous "cappuccino strip" of Fremantle

- sampling a meal at one of the many fabulous local restaurants

- sunning yourself on the white sands of South Beach

- accessing the many local tourist attractions in and around Perth and Fremantle from our perfectly situated holiday houses or

- sailing off into the beautiful sunset the state is famous for, with one of the many local operators in Fremantle that offer various catered packages.

Although we are providing short term accommodation, we will consider long term accommodation subject to availability and we are happy to negotiate on rates for long term rentals (more than 3 months).
