Webmasters usually sit at their computers much longer in a day than most other office workers, sometimes up to 10 and 12 hours. Sit upright in your chair with proper posture, position your monitor so you do not have eye strain or have the monitor at the wrong angle, use ergonomic computer products to prevent pain in your hands, arms, wrists, shoulders, and back.
