Find smaller sites that sell unique products and chances are your finding someone who knows an Amish Craftsmen or two personally. True Amish sites will often allow for custom orders. There customer service will be great, but is often slow, because their craftsmen don't use modern communication (no telephones at the shop). So be patient. Surprisingly I have found that the true Amish Furniture when bought direct from a small dealer is cheaper than the imported stuff, so don't think price will tell you if it's real.
