Norway is a quiet and lush place in the Scandinavian part of the globe. Though the country does not have that many monuments and structures compared to Italy and France, it more than makes up for its verdant surroundings and fresh air. 1. North Cape

2. The Geirangerfjord

3. Wharf from the 14th century
One of the sights to see in the country is the old Norwegian town of Bergen where a wharf from the 14th century is still standing. 4. Lillehammer

5. The town of Trondheim
Like the Bergen Wharf, the town of Trondheim also retained a lot of its historical buildings. Take advantage of the tours that are being offered in the area. Don’t miss visiting what they call the Trondheim Torg, which is considered to be the world’s largest sundial.
