Learn Hindi Fast

Before getting into any initiatives to learn Hindi, you should set realistic and attainable goals. You should not aim to learn too much in just a day. Instead, it would be advisable if you would set just a few hours each day for learning the language. It is not practical to allocate the whole day for learning Hindi. You certainly have other important things and activities to complete. Try to stick to your learning goals, no matter what.

Set a time

Set a specific time for learning Hindi everyday. This actually should be a part of your goal-setting activity. You could decide to spend a few hours every morning to learn the language. For instance, you could set 7:00 to 9:00 in the morning of each day as hours for learning Hindi. Be firm and disciplined enough to stick to this schedule. Do not procrastinate or reset the time as doing so could make you set off from your goal. To learn the language fast, you have to impose discipline upon yourself.

Take notes

It could be a good strategy to buy a notebook for studying Hindi. Take down notes of any Hindi word or phrases you encounter each day. Prioritize words that you find hard to remember. Spell the words you have noted clearly and accurately. It would also help if you would find out about the definition and correct pronunciation of the words. If you strictly follow this initiative, you would certainly be surprised at how much it could help you reach your goals and actually learn Hindi fast. You could decide to check your notes every once in a while for better retention.

Collect Hindi articles with pictures

Start collecting Hindi articles from newspapers or magazines. You could buy a folder and use it to compile all your collected write-ups. Prefer articles with pictures, which could effectively aid your learning endeavor. You may not fully understand the Hindi write-ups now, but you surely would get the gist as you move on each day to learn Hindi. You may use the articles in the future when you practice what you have already learned. In every article, try to find out how many Hindi words you could recognize. You are doing great if you are able to recognize up to 75% of the text. You may also collect articles about India in general (even in English) so that your interest about the country and the language would be further intensified and refreshed as days go by.

Have fun

The best and fastest way to learn Hindi is through having fun. You should condition your mind to thinking that learning the language is not boring and exhilarating. You could find online sites that feature interactive word games, which could help you learn more about the language. There are many such Websites across the Internet. You could also engage in a fun discourse or conversation with your Hindi-speaking friends or relatives. Go on and make learning the language exciting and fulfilling.
