Post Partum Weight Loss
You have several options to treat your post partum weight gain.
The first is the option that you have chosen so far: keeping the
weight you have and adding more and more and more. Obviously,
this is not the best choice.
Another option is to try those ridiculously strict diets that
no one can stay on for more than a few days. Not only are they
so militant that no one in their right mind could follow them
without going crazy, but they also DESTROY your metabolism,
further complicating weightloss and just adding more pounds.
Now for the really really dangerous option: Surgery. Talk about
risky. There has been a dramatic increase in the number of
surgeries for weightloss in the past ten years.
Thanks to that movement, there has also been a dramatic
increase in the number of fatalities and complications due to
these types of surgeries, not to mention the monetary debts, and
potential ineffetiveness.
